Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

The average estimated shipping time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Velumi Studio is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


Shipping Origin

Orders are fulfilled through our international logistics partners and may be shipped directly from one of our global fulfillment centers.

Depending on your location, customs duties or import taxes may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Costs
